1. The service

Hugflirt is an online dating service: it lets adults create a profile, discover other members and chat when the interest is mutual. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Access

Hugflirt is only for people aged 18 or over.
One account belongs to one single real person: you. The information on your profile must be truthful.
Your login credentials are personal; you are responsible for keeping them confidential.

3. Profiles and photos

Your photos must show you, and you must have the right to post them.
The following are prohibited: nudity, sexually explicit content, any image of a minor, personal contact or banking details, and violent, hateful or illegal content.
You remain the owner of your content. You only authorize Hugflirt to display it to members, as part of the service, for as long as your account exists.

4. Rules of conduct

Respect and consent are the foundation of every exchange. The following are prohibited: harassment, threats, insisting after someone has said no, impersonation, requests for money or gifts, scams, prostitution and escorting, commercial solicitation, and discriminatory or hateful remarks.

5. Moderation, blocking and reporting

You can block a member (they disappear from your picks, your matches and your messages) or report them from their profile. Every report is reviewed. Hugflirt may remove content, or restrict or delete an account that breaks these rules; the person concerned is informed of the decision and the reasons for it by email and can challenge it by replying to team@hugflirt.com. Clearly illegal content can be reported to the same address, even without an account.

Hugflirt only shows members the profiles of real, registered people. Fictional profiles are only used in demo versions, which are flagged as such on every page.

6. Paid plans

Signing up, your daily likes and messaging with your matches are free. The Silver and Gold plans, described on the Plans page, add extra perks.
Prices include all taxes. The subscription is monthly, with no commitment, and renews automatically until you cancel it.
You can cancel at any time from the Plans page: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, with no additional fees.
Payment is processed by Stripe; with Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the official reseller and issues the invoice.
Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from the date you subscribe. By choosing to access the perks immediately, you ask for the service to start before this period ends; if you withdraw, only the price of the period already used remains due. To withdraw, write to team@hugflirt.com.

7. Meeting up and staying safe

Hugflirt connects people but does not verify their identity and guarantees neither a meeting nor compatibility. For a first date, choose a public place, let someone close to you know, and never send money to someone you haven’t met.

8. Liability

Each member is responsible for their own content and exchanges. Hugflirt strives to provide an available and secure service but may interrupt it for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings: your data is then erased and any subscription you have is stopped immediately.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If there’s a problem, write to team@hugflirt.com first: we’ll look for an amicable solution. The contact details of the competent consumer mediator will be listed here before paid subscriptions open.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. If there is a significant change, you’ll be informed by email or the next time you sign in.
